so here's what's been happening

One thing that has happened was that my horse got lame in his front right..big bummer..but that always happens when he's due for shoes..because this is the 2nd time that it's happened but it also could have happened when i tried to get him to get the right lead canter at a turn..as i have been told..but i don't know..and then that same week i wasn't riding him he started colicking..he had a impaction..luckily my trainer caught it for me while i wasn't there. it was pretty bad..he was stretching to show that he was in pain.. :(..i was a wreck..because i really don't wanna lose this horse too..cuz i know i'm just rich enough to just get another horse..my family had to pull alot of strings to get me this horse right after lucky. these past 2 weeks i felt like the world had come crashing down on me..and before that me and my boyfriend broke up.. :(..i still miss him..and all this was happening during the month of my bday..

my bday at least was a bit better..the night before my bday (july 18th) my sister took me to go see batman: the dark knight..we ordered tickets a head of time cuz from wednesday on all the tickets were sold out everywhere especially online for that weekend..so but we saw it and it was great..better than i expected...and heath ledger was incredible as joker.

then the next day was my bday (july 19th)..my mom, my sister, me and my best friend we all met up at belmont park for breakfast at belmont. it started at 7 am to 9:30. we ate in the clubhouse but i went outside by the track to watch the horses work out and breeze..funny cide was there but obivoulsy he was retired..he was a lead pony that day..and he's freaken gorgeous...i took so many pictures there i loved it! and then at like 8:30 we went down by the paddock area and T.A Landers was there..he wrote the insider's guide to horse racing..which i have by the way..he was explaining the day in the life of a thoroughbred and then at like 9ish they had the starting gate presentation by th entrance..it was great!! my mom and my sister had a great time! then i stayed with my best friend to watch the races...it was a fun day...i got to hang out with my best friend for the day so i was happy..

umm...more onto my horse's news..he's better from the impaction, thank god...and his lameness issue is not soo bad..he's still a little sore in his front right but we're having my farrier come out on friday to get his feet checked out and done..my horse has bad hooves..so i have him on hoof supplements now..he's got cracks all over..that might be the cause of it..but who knows..we shall find out on friday...hopefully that will resolve it because i miss riding my boy!!
